maintenance and system auditing for your Nortel Networks Meridian 1
Option 11-81c system to identify problem areas and to ensure properly
balanced traffic.
RBTCommunications will audit Meridian systems and Call Centers (hardware
and software) to identify areas of concern that can have a negative
impact on business operations and bottom line profits.
They also
integrate call centers (contact centers), Symposium Call Centers, Meridian
Mail, Call Pilot, VolP (ITG), IVR, and Multimedia Carrier Switch
(MMCS). They will also respond to your Nortel Networks RFP
requests - Technical
Support – Trouble Shooting – Remote Diagnostics. RBT
