Telecom Trader MemberAlert! Telecom Trader Members Take NOTICE! If you are NOT a Telecom Trader Member in good
standing, you are NOT receiving new business referrals. Please... in order for you to receive customer information and requests from ME, you MUST allow email permissions for crp@telecomtrader.com I've been hunting you down one at a time and I'm almost through the list so the chips will fall as they may. Newsletter October 2009 newsletter/news10-09.htm
February 29, 2008 Yes it seems I should be blogging more but time just seems to get away from me. February 29 is kind of like an extra day in the world. Happens once every 7 years so it seems even more precious. My sister was born on March 1st ... just minutes after Leap Year day had passed. She was a great, curious, motivated and artistic woman who died on April 1st, 1994. Not coincidentally was the Telecom Trader launched on April 1, 1999, the fifth anniversary of Susan's death. So here we are with an extra day. Seems logical that the best thing I could do is blog this and promise to blog it again more thoroughly in the future. The Telecom Trader is doing just fine. It keeps on plugging its way to the top of the search engines and I am continually astounded at the volume of traffic - both unique visitors and repeat guests. Got into an argument with a guy about the value of unique traffic versus repeat visitors. I obviously do not have an advanced degree in 'informatics' nor do I have a special affinity for computational web data analysis. Seems to me from the garbage I've put in.... I think they are doing the math correctly. I am confident they are doing the wrong math problem. Here's what I think on this: Unless you are a flash in the pan fly by night company, would you not appreciate repeat site visitors and would you not therefore encourage and rejoice in the idea that some people think what you do is worthy enough for continued patronage? Ok. This is beginning to sound seriously like a rant and I've pledged to keep that kind of thing at a minimum. I'm happy to notice that nearly 4,000 viewers have hit this particular page in the last year. Many repeat visitors so I am even more ashamed at my negligence to this blog. I don't even know if this hit count is a good number or not. Still at the top of all hits per site is our corporate sponsor page. I'm happy if you find a worthy supplier in this selection. http://telecomtrader.com/commercial.htm You might have also noticed pay per click ads provided through Google. I am very happy with the quality of these links and have found many to be advantageous to our businesses and operations. True to the adage that every penny helps, I can truthfully say that passive advertising on the internet does not produce 'millions'. Neither does affiliate marketing. I've wondered about affiliate marketing ads on the Telecom Trader. Our business seems not to have addressed the Telecom and IT industries with much attention in this area. Seems like some of these companies could benefit from the effort. I'd do it myself but as an only and ever medium good middle aged girl geek.... I have neither the intellect, wherewithal, inclination or time to devote to another massive learning curve. I've included a rant and rave section this time. So go ahead and get your laughs. What I think is important about my temper tantrum about satellite internet is the need for a new face in the pursuit of customer satisfaction. I'm going to start in our own industry and make it move forward. More about this coming soon. Wanna help or be part of it? Email me if so! Before I let you move to the ranting and raving section I feel obligated once again to beg for money. This is something I really can't let go any more. At less than a hundred bucks a year, member dues don't come close to paying expenses. I'm so far behind you all should grateful someone else (the honey) is paying all these bills. If you haven't paid your member dues and believe me I have tried.... it is likely you have been removed from this site. I'm really NOT kidding this time and if you haven't paid member dues in the past year then you are most likely past due and I'm messing around with this any more. Re-applications will be considered if you beg me, maybe. I'm not sure about that.
Ranting and Raving. Yes I am a lunatic. I get myself obsessively compulsive about something and slip into bad metaphors while beating a bloody horse pulp into fertilizer. As one of my dearest readers reminds me; I'm the one with the fingers here and if I want to rant and rave .... well he gets a giggle and grin out of it. Why is it that my greatest tantrums are treated as 'interesting humor writing'? Hmmmmmmm? Nothing funny about this! I live in the boonies. At the top of a hill away from remote possibilities of civilized internet services. To add insult, I hear that Gnaw Bone (down the road a piece) is now getting DSL service. The outraged indignity of it is almost too much for me to bear without breaking down bawling. Satellite internet sucks. I don't mean it is bad I mean it is an horrific excuse for screwing consumers of a hundred bucks a month! A company who can't remain clueless is Hughes Net. I can see why Direct TV got rid of it (their satellite internet service) as soon as they did. I do wonder some things. Like.... how come a car's global positioning system can show the exact location of my car on a map as I am moving. It can tell me how many cars back I am from the fercryinoutloud stoplight!!! And yet my upload speed on my HUNDRED dollar a month satellite internet reaches astonishing speeds of 28kps. Yes that's right, I said twenty eight KILOBYTES per second! Probably enough said about that except to use it as an excuse for avoiding website work, surfing, blogging, etc. I've had to stop sending out my wonderfully darling videos and even more worse things! Some days it is all I can do to answer email and keep up with outbound messages with granddaughters' photos in them. It doesn't seem fair that I should have to figure out how to compress 2 gigs of video into a 1 mg file for email at sickening slow rates. Well.. maybe it isn't enough said about that. My anger is fueled by what I'm here and now accusing as deceptive sales and contract practices. When I first found out that satellite internet was the only option at our new home it was almost divorce court at the Pottenger household. After it was installed... and get this we actually PAID for the stupid equipment .... I couldn't figure out why the speed was so slow. The installer guy actually had the nerve to tell me to 'wait a few hours until the speeds calibrated themselves' and then if it wasn't better to call. I knew it was BS but my blood pressure was needing to be slowed so I agreed. And I did call and was referred to hughesnet website and to use my 'customer number' or some such thing and get into their FAQ page. So what REALLY knocks my cancer wig off onto the ground? Welllll thanks for asking. AFTER you are a paying, contracted customer of hughesnet... THEN they allow you into the customer section of their site. THEN they tell you that upload speeds can reach UP TO 28kps. That's right I still haven't typo-ed. That's twenty eight kilobytes per second. As a goal. I'm told that my consumer self-advocacy is an awsome-fearful thing to watch. I wouldn't know about that. I know that hughesnet cares not a whit because they have our contracted monthly payment regardless of how angry I am. Oh.. and it gets better. After a year of screeching like a harpy the honey of the house decided to 'upgrade' the hughesnet service. It involved new equipment and geegaws at another couple hundred or three dollars cash on the barrelhead and another two years contract at a higher rate than before. I know enough about THAT to say THIS: I have noticed absolutely NOT one smidgen of improvement in the new equipment and higher monthly service. Are we a couplasuckers or what? More later. I have to take some time on this free day to re-organize how this blog thing should be working. God Bless America Connie
August 23, 2007 It has been a while since I felt the need to contact the entire membership about important events! In the spirit of trying not to annoy you all with MORE weekly news letters, etc..... Well... I'll try to do better in the 'news and events' category. One of the reasons I don't send out frequent email group messages is because too many messages bounce back to me as rejected by email filters. So to avoid this I have to send out messages to each of you one at a time. Not that I don't LOVE you all.... but time just escapes me. Rapidly. Today's email sent to all listed members:
Hi there! Hope all is well in your
world as it is in mine!
I'm writing to all Telecom Trader
members today with a few important announcements.
First:
Please respond to this test email. I
have been getting complaints again from customers saying that members aren't
answering their email inquiries. I've said it before and I'll risk repeating
myself.... you MUST check your email and spam filters every day!!! I know I
know I KNOW you don't like all that spam. Neither do I. HOWEVER.... we all
have to acknowledge that customers use the internet to shop for communications
contractors and equipment. It has been my experience that she who responds
first, wins the job. It is particularly annoying to customers when they
receive a return mail asking for them to jump through hoops to be 'allowed' to
be viewed. I can't tell ya mostly, they won't jump. They'll just move on to
the next company on the list. Sooooo all that said to say this: Unless you
are so wealthy that you don't need new business...... oh I'm roflol now .....
get those spam filters under control! And I MEAN it!!!
The only response required of you for our
first agenda item is, "Yes Ma'am".
Second:
Please change my contact email to
crp@telecomtrader.com I had to
eliminate the old address because of internet piracy!!! The "Joe Jobbing" was
the last straw!!!!!!!!! It was so bad people were blacklisting me because of
the amount of spam sent out via my hijacked email address.
Third:
I keep information about your
company abilities, certifications, etc on file here in my office. This
information helps when a customer is seeking very specific talents, equipment,
experience, etc. Participation in this customer facilitation service is
voluntary. There is NO additional charge for this service. You must,
however, be a member in good standing (paid up dues).
Here is a scenerio: A customer
contacts me looking for a particular talent.... say... fusion splicing in from
one to many locations. I can look quickly in my facilitation database and
find this skill.
If your products and services have
changed, updated or grown, please complete a new facilitation form at
www.telecomtrader.com/facilitation.htm It is probably a good idea for
everyone to do this again.
Fourth:
You may have noticed that I added
some Google Ad Sense Pay Per Click ads on the Telecom Trader. Why did I do
this? Why of course for the money!!! See agenda item the 'fifth' for more
about money!!! I get a few pennies every time a viewer clicks on an ad. All
added up at the end of the month and with my other web sites, well I can earn
a whole $50 a month!!! I've had more good feedback than bad about these.
It is true that some competitors slide through my block list but even those
could be a good referral contact for you. Also listed are companies seeking
contractors and providing job opportunities. There are equipment suppliers
and cabling manufacturers too! If you have a notion, please visit our
sponsors on the google ad sense. These ads are located in the vertical bar on
the right side of most pages. Other pages have them in the horizontal bar at
the bottom.
Fifth: If you have paid your new
or renewal Telecom Trader membership in 2007, please skip over my ranting and
raving. It isn't that I like to get snotty with some of you about member
dues. I've done some research and this is the only high search engine web
exposure in the world you can get for a hundred bucks a year. Come ON
folks!!! Your local Yellow Pages is ten times and more than that! Who REALLY
looks at the paper Yellow Pages any more? My guess is not many because they
are all scrambling to get an on line presence too!
Oh.. and don't EVEN return email me
that the Telecom Trader doesn't work for you. I KNOW it DOES!!!! I follow up
EVERY customer inquiry. Remember also.... unless a prospect specifically
identifies the Telecom Trader as the referral source... how do you REALLY
know? I don't think I have to prove the worth of the Telecom Trader as a MOST
excellent business referral source. If pushed or annoyed... I can start
capturing customer inquiry data BEFORE it comes to you. This goes against our
founding principals and quite honestly seems like a pain in the bum to me.
Not only more work for me, but there would be delays in customers reaching you
instantly.
So why am I nagging now? The
'honey' keeps dropping help wanted ads on my desk. I'm not sure why, but the
'get a job' topic comes up every time I whine about not having my storage
barn/office/studio or my very tiny swimming pool!!
I really dislike coming on to you
like this begging for money every year. So my business manager has suggested
a ONE time LIFETIME membership category. After 7 years, we are all confident
that the Telecom Trader is here to stay. If I were to be hit by a truck or
die of cancer the Telecom Trader is provided for in my will.
I hope that you are also very
impressed with our search engine ranking on EVERY state contractor page!!!
Site traffic continues to grow. There are over a hundred thousand more home
page unique visitor hits than last year!
So please please please renew
your membership TODAY via
www.telecomtrader.com/renew.htm
Sixth: Life Time Membership! So here's the deal!!! A thousand
bucks for a lifetime membership is less than 10 years regular membership dues
(at today's rates - and rates will go up yearly). This means two things (1) I'll never nag you again for
member dues. (2) I can pay up some past due bills so the honey will have more
money to indulge my status as a spoiled and pampered spouse.
Love and Kisses,
Connie

CRP - 2007
March 1, 2007 Greetings to all. Thanks for the great notes and feedback. I am very happy that the Telecom Trader is producing good results for you. The most asked question is the one I can't answer not at all! I don't know why the Telecom Trader works so well! If I were guessing, I'd guess it is because I'm too stupid to do any fancy work. The site is simple and direct. Customers find member listings easily and quickly. We are nearing our 8th anniversary of operations. I'm not getting rich. Not even earning enough to pay for our second home. But the Telecom Trader keeps plugging along doing good work. I'm sure you have noticed by now that I've added some click through links. These are purported to be income generating (not much but a little) Hope you will be helpful regarding this. As always, please send me your comments, feedback and special requests. I keep every single thank you note in a special file. If the building burns down, this is the fifth or sixth thing I will take with me.
January 3, 2007 Happy and Prosperous New Year to All! It has been some time since last posting. It does seem that the Telecom Trader just keeps percolating along doing good work. It seems to be one of those things that ain't broke so we won't be fixing it. My sincere thanks to all members for your continued support. Our customers who visit our site appreciate your quick response, excellent products and timely service. Our customer contacts have further pushed the Telecom Trader to the top of search engines. This is a very good thing. 2006 hit counts look to be averaging around 50,000 per month. It is harder to get yearly cumulative statistics now (Idunnowhy). Our lowest volume month (November) average daily hit count was 1,000 per day. In a heavier month (July) hit counts average around 2500 per day. I do enjoy working with some of you on an individual basis to help your company grow and prosper with new marketing programs, customer management and more. I'm even a darned good typist and enjoy data entry! Enjoy hearing from all of you so please keep in touch! Oh... and pay your member dues! Conn
August 16, 2006
Hi, how are y'all... good I hope!
This week, I am initiating final contact
with what I believe to be all expired memberships. It is slash and burn
time. Please check
www.telecomtrader.com/contractors.htm for your state. If you are still
there but not paid up, please respond to this email immediately and go to
www.telecomtrader.com/renew.htm
If you are NOT on your state contractor
list and you believe you ARE paid up, please also contact me immediately.
Please know that I am REALLY NOT KIDDING
this time. I am being mentored by a genuine 'business manager' who is
standing over my shoulder as I write this email. With a stick.
On other things:
1. Customer referral from last week: I
decided to monitor this referral. I wanted to make absolutely sure to
include any one who wanted info passed along. This was a first for me as I
usually just send customer to appropriate contractor listing page at
www.telecomtrader.com/contractors.htm
Unless I make a whole lot more money at it,
I'm going back to the old method.
Which brings me to a new subject:
2. The Telecom Trader does not inspect,
check, verify or qualify any new business referrals. You MUST make sure to
protect yourselves with adequate paperwork, credit check, payment
arrangements, and complete details about scope of work. Just be smart about
your work with people you don't know.
Please don't complain to me that your
customer withheld payment because of a miscommunication about scope of work or
timelines etc. I may be your queen but I am not your boss. Take care of your
own business because I won't handle your complaints for dumb things that
happen because of mis-attention to detail. Note: I didn't say you couldn't
complain to me... I do keep a file. Just know that you are accountable for
your own business.
3. While we are on the subject of
complaints. Believe it or not I have a few.
As I communicate with customers I always
ask for feedback regarding member performance, ease of communications etc.
At risk of boring you with repetition, I'll
have another go at it from different perspective. .
A. Put your direct email contact at easy
to find place on your web site. Customers do NOT like digging through your
sites looking for an easy email link. Allow direct contact as an option
to filling out forms, signing out passwords, assigning confirmation auto-email
with case numbers.... People HATE that!!! Said another way, some customers
are complaining about some of our web sites and claiming your information is
not easy to find and your direct contact information must be sorted through.
B. More but lesser complaints about our
web sites: One guy customer was pretty upset about 'flash pages'. He hates
them, adds EXACTLY 5.5 seconds to your home page. Sometimes, he claims, he
even boots out of the web site whenever he comes across a 'flash page - with
skip intro button'. Now, in his defense, he really wasn't your cranky old
dad kinda guy. He was trying to maintain his business on the road using
portable web technology and the slow speeds are frustrating when there is
extraneous 'gobbledegook' to get through. Remember, some of your potential
customers are paying for internet access at slow speeds and 'by the minute'.
The lesson to consider here is 'less boom bah'.
C. Here we go again about email filters.
Customers are complaining that their messages are returned, re-directed or
worse, they are asked for verification or other extra step to make it to your
email boxes. Some have claimed that Telecom Trader members don't answer their
email. I know this is not true. I know I also complain about the same
topic and I am frustrated by the same obstacles.
How can I say this without annoying MOST OF you? This topic isn't about YOU or ME. It is about your CUSTOMERS. I actually overheard a conversation between two businessmen bragging to each other about how they have reduced their inbox email by hundreds of percents. ummmmmmmm wroooooooong idea guys!!! You might be SHOCKED and SURPRISED at what passes through the filters. Could be someone wanting to hire you for a big job!!!!
At the risk of mixing metaphors too often
in one message, we have the classic chick and egg conflict with a twist. The
'twist' is customer service.
It may be much more convenient for ME & YOU
to put up spam filters and avoid hundreds of nonsense emails daily. And
REALLY... how LARGE can one penis ad be?
HOWEVER!!! It is very bad for your
customers to have a roadblock between you and their money. The reality about
using the internet to attract new business is this: Ya snooze ya lose, ya
block it you lost it.
Is there a compromise? iddano but
Idonthinkso. I took down my spam filter. At
a very minimum I'd like you all to make sure your email filter does not
completely block or delete all incoming mail. You must check your 'bulk mail'
and spam folders daily for important customer information. However, I
still am not your boss... only the queen.
So here we have it ... all the ranting and
raving for one day. Next week's ranting topic will be satellite internet!
This is the worst product since the invention of the pickle slicer!!! I've
been saving up my complaints about that!!! Any opinions/advise/ calming words
for me to consider in advance?
Your opinions are sincerely counted.
Connie
June 29,2006 Dear Telecom Trader Members: Pulllleeeaase add my email address to your 'allowed list'. If mail from me is rejected by your spam filter or other server problems, I can NOT send you customer inquiries. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT! You should check your spam filter folder DAILY because I am getting feedback from customers that direct email inquiries via Telecom Trader are being rejected by some of your servers. You're missing important contacts!!!! Don't let it happen! It is money down the drain! I know that checking spam boxes daily is a pain. I do it so you can too. If you have NOT renewed or paid your member dues, please be aware that dues are going up on July 1. If your membership has expired and you have NOT renewed, your listing will be removed Friday, July 7. And I am REALLY not kidding this time. If you have received an invoice via email and can't find it, let me know IMMEDIATELY. If you requested PayPal Invoice and Have NOT received it, please check your spam box. If you have NOT renewed, please go to www.telecomtrader.com/renew.htm Ranting and raving for today is finished. All my love, Connie
June 21, 2006 The Telecom Trader now has the services of a genuine business manager! After a several months long study of web traffic, other similar services (there isn't any better or more thorough), it was determined that our member dues will be going UP. I still am not willing to 'sell referrals' or to be the 'finder fee Gestapo lady'. However, it has finally been made clear to me that a Telecom Trader listing is worth MORE than it's weight in gold. Thanks for asking, I'll tell you why: After SEVEN years of continued operation, the Telecom Trader is at the top of search engines. If you don't believe me, google the keywords 'communications contractors' for your state. Our site provides free, open and FAST access for customers to find your company profile and abilities. There are no customer registrations, log-ins or passwords. This is a GOOD thing. For YOU. If I captured this information, I am told I would do well with selling of referrals and sales leads. How do I know it works? YOU tell me. I have family in the telecom bidnezz and all of them are generating new business from the Telecom Trader. If you have ever received new business from a national company it probably comes from the Telecom Trader. Why? I continue to contact large nationwide corporations, government, education, retail, health care, insurance etc. I have established friendly relationships with hundreds of them. THEY tell me they use our network. (Please NOTE: they also report your performance to me so don't screw up.) At the risk of repeating myself, do not challenge me regarding the value of the Telecom Trader to your company. I ain't buyin it. So why did I say all this? Telecom Trader Member dues are going up 100% on July 1, 2006. When I return from vacation on July 7, all unpaid members will be removed from our network. And I'm REALLY not kidding this time. Starting today, June 20, I will begin contacting all members listed on the Telecom Trader network. The purpose of this ONE TIME individual contact will be to verify your membership term. You will have the opportunity to correct my errors. IF you have NOT paid member dues in the past two years, your membership has expired. Please do it now. Telecom Trader Member Renewal I MUST have your payment before July 1 to avoid higher fees.
May 28, 2006 Members Take Notice! Dear Telecom Trader Members, Hoping all is well in your world as it is in mine. Our relocation is halfway completed. Clean up fix up work is progressing slowly. My breast cancer story ended well and follow-ups are very positive. The Telecom Trader has reached a crossroads. Customer visitors to the site continue to rise. The compliments I receive reinforce our original startup ideology. We wanted the Telecom Trader to be a place where our customers could quickly and easily find our member companies. There are no customer registration forms or other time delaying information flow. I am happy your Customers like the ability to quickly find communications contractors of all kinds. Now that I am well and truly almost settled, please look for news soon regarding Telecom Trader expansion plans. There may be new services of great interest to you. These services may include a personalized lead finder service and a communications customer satisfaction service. For the past six years, the Telecom Trader acted like a quiet giant, peacefully doing its good work. Your web-mistress is still only a Medium Good Middle Aged Girl Geek (MgMaggee). The Telecom Trader continues to flourish in spite of my many shortcomings. Yours truly has either got to turn the Telecom Trader into a medium good income generator or she has orders to get a real job. That means Jay Oh Bee! My self applied title is Queen of the Telecom Geeks. Seems it is a better fantasy than income generating reality. It has to do with things like a new house, new car, no swimming pool!!! Most GRATEFUL thanks to all of you who actually REMEMBER ME when new business comes in through the Telecom Trader. The little extra bonus checks are most welcome donations. All I really ask is that you pay your yearly dues. You really don’t want to know how my 6 yr old granddaughter was able to scramble all of my careful re-construction of our member dues spreadsheet. Something she learned in Kindergarten. For the most part I must rely on YOU to keep track of your membership term. Until of course I go through all my paper records AGAIN. For many of you, this means your membership has expired. Membership dues are going up! If you check your records from last year, and you don’t see a member dues payment… you are UP!!! Go to www.telecomtrader.com/renew.htm BEFORE June 1 and you will avoid a large jump in member dues. A LARGE JUMP and I REALLY mean it THIS TIME!. Fondest Regards Connie

11-18-05 Frank wants to give you money for your invoices right now. Cable Companies want to take their time. Why wait 4, 6, 8 weeks or longer to get paid when you can have most of the money you earned right now to meet payroll, pay bills, and expand? Baker Capital Solutions, LLC (BCS) purchases invoices exclusively from Prime and Sub Contractors, large and small operations, in the Cable Television and Telecom industry. Your ability to pledge collateral or show A+ credit does not matter; only your sweat, excellent reputation with your customer, and the accuracy of your invoices is evidence enough of your honesty and worth. 10-18-05 Members PLEASE add the following email address to your approved recipients: You MAY be missing important new business leads. Caveat emptor!
10-17 - 0005mampam The exclamation above is only partly in jest. I have had long term difficulty getting my group email functions to work properly. Spam filters pick up blind carbon copy lists and then automatically forward to bulk email boxes. Or downright reject email from server. I have been blaming this on my ISP, IQuest. Not quite fair to immediately criticize, but to those of you to whom our business is important.... it matters. IQuest successfully moved all of my domains and set up the big new cahoona. The move went from my old ISP Blue Marble to the new one, IQuest. Somehow in all of the above, my originating email addresses started triggering Spam Assassin and Bulk Mail Routers. This effected all of my telecomtrader.com address, conniescorner.org addresses, pottenger.org addresses. Some of you know of my temper tantrums of earlier days, months and now a year. Everything in our email distribution pointed to another litany of group email problems. So.. if you want to receive emails from me you must have the following address in your email address book: connie@telecomtrader or connie@bluemarble.net
9-30-05 Thank you for all the nice notes. Chemotherapy is successfully finished. Tumor is in remission and will be removed after I rest up for three weeks. Three weeks after surgery I will start radiation therapy. Not exactly how I planned to spend my 25th wedding anniversary. Not complaining, just happy to be alive.
Although I think it mightily slow and tedious reading, there is a weblog for the C story! www.pottenger.org/blog.htm You can see Garry's music videos at www.pottenger.org/musicvideos.htm Fear not, I am smart enough to keep some level of paper records. The computer crashes of last spring were compounded by my illness. It has taken me this long working in bits and pieces to re-establish membership records in the correct order. Your membership dues cycles will be re-oriented and set to rights very soon. This also means. If you haven't paid, you may not play! I am REALLY not kidding this time. As I look at the delinquent records, I see most of the errors are on my shoulders. You are not to be faulted for stepping up and telling me your membership has expired. My devotion goes to those of you have helped keep the Telecom Trader operating. As for the whole group, if you have NOT PAID Telecom Trader membership in the past 12 months, it is MOST HIGHLY LIKELY that your membership has expired.
The Telecom Trader tried the monthly newsletter concept and kept it up until group email from me was rejected by email servers as spam. Not known for my mild temperament, I have battled ISPs and SBC - DSL to no avail. These companies continue to make decisions on my behalf without understanding my expectations for their products and services. The Newsletter is dead. I have neither ambition or stamina to fight the group email battle any further. Additionally, our process of distributing direct customer inquiries has become hugely cumbersome. Bookmark this page for reference to customer referrals as they become available for the whole group. I will continue to manage regional, state and local customer requests. This weblog will be your best avenue for updated information, business alerts and customer requests. All other archives will be deleted.
